Initial Resolution: The participant should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the instructor, trainer, or individual involved.
Escalation: If the issue is not resolved or the participant is uncomfortable approaching the individual, they may submit a written grievance to the program manager within 3 working days.
Appeal Process: If the participant is unsatisfied with the resolution, they can submit an appeal in writing to contact@twodeepcoach.com. A written response will be provided within 30 days. Appeal decisions are final.
Participation Policy:
By enrolling in Too Deep Coaching programs, participants commit to full engagement in all activities. This includes:
Being present and on time for all sessions.
Abiding by the code of conduct.
Actively engaging in course activities and discussions.
Attendance Policy:
To complete the necessary training hours for certification, participants are required to attend all course sessions. If you miss more than 30 hours, you must work with the instructor to cover the missed content at your own expense or register for another session. Missing more than 30 hours of mentor coaching will require you to arrange individual coaching sessions at your own cost.

Our programs are interactive and designed for active participation. You are expected to engage in dialogue with instructors and peers, participate in mock coaching activities, and contribute to experiential learning exercises. If you are unable to participate in an activity, please notify your instructor as soon as possible.

Participants must conduct themselves in a professional manner during all sessions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Arriving on time for all sessions.
